Overpayment due to error message

I have 2 active warlander subscriptions both for one month each. Any way i can work with someone so i can change one of them to a different subscription and pay the difference, or any other method available?

 

These 2 active subscription occured due to the final screen after putting my payment method said item is not available with an error so i figured maybe its my card. i tried putting in the same info a few times with no luck so i tried a different card method with the same result. turns out even thought the item wasnt available it still went through without notice so I have 2 active subscriptions now.

Would recommand you to go on the discord and ask the owner for help,
he answer more quickly on discord.
